Spanish Tapas and Paella at Cafe Iberico-San Miguel de Allende

On of the best restaurants in San Miguel de Allende, Cafe Iberico is located in Colonia San Antonio Norte (#20).

A small, intimate cafe, it offers a large variety of authentic Spanish tapas, as well as three different paellas.

The owners are delightful; Tim is the chef and his wife Suzy is the pastry chef. They offer very reasonably priced wines from Spain as well. There's ample parking in the area too--sometimes difficult to find in San Miguel de Allende.

Some of my favorite menu items are: fried calamari, sizzling shrimp, Serrano ham, and a fabulous selection of cheeses.

They are closed Sunday and Monday
